Dr. Kahn spent his formative years in Philadelphia where he attended both college and medical school. He
trained in General Surgery in New York and then returned to Philadelphia for specialty training in Colon &
Rectal Surgery. He moved to Seattle in 1996, beginning his practice in Colorectal Surgery. He subsequently
joined the staff of Evergreen Hospital in 1998 and remains an active member. In 2007, Dr. Kahn joined the
Evergreen Surgical Clinic, continuing to specialize in the treatment of diseases of the colon and rectum.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.
His interests outside the practice of surgery include being with his family, playing sports and enjoying
the arts.
